Lifetime Warranty Policy – Luggage Lock (Global)

1. Global Warranty Coverage (All Regions)

We offer a lifetime warranty on our luggage locks, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for the lifetime of the product.

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

• Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper use

• Improper installation or failure to follow provided instructions

• Lost, stolen, or forgotten combinations or keys

• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or discoloration (unless the cosmetic damage has affected the useability of the lock). 

• Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and valid proof of purchase and photographic evidence may be required to submit a claim.

Our obligation under this warranty is limited.

2. Limitations of Liability (Global)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to luggage or its contents, even if the lock fails, is damaged, or is removed.

This warranty covers the luggage lock only and does not extend to any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of property, loss of use, or travel-related expenses.

3. United States (US)

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

To the extent permitted by law, incidental and consequential damages are excluded. In states where such exclusions are not permitted, these limitations may not apply.

4. European Union (EU)

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws, including Directive (EU) 2019/771 on the sale of goods.

Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes liability for lack of conformity or any mandatory rights you may have under EU law.

Where permitted by law, our responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the luggage lock itself.

5. United Kingdom (UK)

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are not affected by this warranty.

Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.

6. International Customers (Outside US, EU, and UK)

For customers outside the United States, European Union, and United Kingdom, this warranty is subject to local consumer protection laws and regulations.

Where permitted by law, our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the luggage lock only. Consumer rights, remedies, and warranty enforcement may vary by country.

7. TSA and Security Inspection Notice

If the luggage lock is described as TSA-approved, this means it may be opened by authorized security agents using special tools. TSA approval does not guarantee that the lock will not be damaged, removed, or cut during security inspections. Such damage is covered under this warranty.
